Our Store Credit Return Policy, states you can return any new product bought from soccerzone.com (so long as it meets the criteria below) before 30 days of receiving. If there is an issue, please send it back to us and we'll take care of you. Items returned before 30 days will be given store credit or refund equal to the purchase price.
Only items that are in "new, unused and resalable condition" will be accepted as returns. We strongly recommend trying on all footwear and apparel indoors before use to be able to exchange with any issues.
If you wish to exchange an item, we can help you there, too. Give us a head’s up by requesting an exchange by mail or over the phone. The best address and phone number are in the next section along with a few more helpful details.
We can process exchanges as two separate transactions. You can pay for the size you want and we credit when we receive the returned cleat. It’s a lot faster and easier that way, we’ve learned. Or we can send the exchanged item when we received the returned item.

What IS NOT in new condition?
- o Any footwear that has been worn outside of the house; any grass stains or markings on the bottom of the studs are not acceptable
- o A jersey, shirt or anything else that doesn’t smell brand new.
- o Stuff that you received with a tag that no longer has a tag.
ATTENTION: All footwear being sent back to us MUST be in a shipping box. Shoes sent back in the footwear box with a shipping label on the outside will not be accepted, no exceptions. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping cost to and from SoccerZone.com, including items with manufacturer defects. All shipping costs are based on weight and destination as specified by UPS.
Customized/team items, club/team orders, large quantity orders, or used/worn product are not returnable.
We require Return Authorization # (RA) for all returns. To request an RA, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
For exchanges, simply return your unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
A defective product is defined as a damaged product that is unfit for its intended purpose due to manufacturing or design flaw.
Based on our experience, a truly defective product will show signs of being faulty within the first 60 days of use. For that reason we only accept defective returns within that period. Defective products can be returned to Soccer Zone up to 60 days from purchase date for a 100% store credit, assuming we deem them defective. Remember, everything we receive labeled as defective is put through rigorous tests to ensure the product does in fact have a factory defect.
- Footwear: Outsole separates, shoe splits, tongue comes off, eyelet broken
- Gloves: Finger saver breaks, stitching comes out
- Balls: Stitching comes apart, bladder won’t hold air, slices from manufacturer
- Bags: Stitching comes apart *
- Footwear: Cleats you wore on concrete, Firm Ground cleats on Artificial Grass/ TURF
- Gloves: Normal wear and tear. After 30 days.
- Balls: Normal Wear and Tear. After 30 days.
- Bags: Normal Wear and Tear. After 30 days.
All sale/clearance items are included in the store credit return policy. As long as the item is in "new, unused and resalable condition", it can be returned for a refund within 30 days or returned for store credit equal to the items current price any time after 30 days. Clearance items also follow the same defective guidelines as outlined above.
Habibian Sports Inc. and Soccer Zone has been the Southern Nevada authority on outfitting soccer teams since our inception. We currently outfit Southern Nevada and Utah youth soccer clubs, as well as several high schools in Nevada.
For orders made from within the United States, sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped.
