All orders are processed the next business day, and shipped Monday-Friday (At this time we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays) via the UPS shipping method you requested. After we ship your gear, we'll email you to confirm your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.

Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific time on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Business day.  

Some Equipment items that are heavier will have an extra shipping cost added with. Sorry for the Inconvenience.

Free in-store pickup is available at each Soccer Zone retail locations in Southern Nevada. When using in-store pickup, you will receive a call from the selected store when your order has arrived and is ready for pickup.

If something in your order is on backorder, we'll notify you via email to let you know the delivery status.

Customized/Team items can take between 3-4 weeks to complete. The time it takes us to process your order depends on product availability and our outside vendor's turn-around time, regardless of chosen shipping method.

WE only SHIP IN THE UNITED STATES for the time being!
